It revs up your metabolism and helps your system to operate more efficiently. You can eat whatever you like using this method, just be sure it fits in the palm of your hands, and don't have more than a single serving at a time.
2. Eat enough protein. Protein will help build muscle, produces energy, and helps to create a feeling of being full. Beans, nuts, poultry, fish and lean meats are excellent choices, as are nut butters, eggs, and skim-milk cheeses and yogurts (sugar free, of course).
3. Eat the daily requirement of dietary fiber. It helps keep you feeling full and helps to flush out the toxins from your system. You can get fiber in whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables.
4. Get some moderate exercise. Diet and exercise has been shown to be extremely effective when it comes to reducing your weight. Working out for around 30 minutes three to four times each week is usually sufficient. Simply take a brisk walk, ride a bike, dancing, or do whatever physical activity you have fun doing. Get up to a brisk pace, but you shouldn't overdo it. Just do what you feel as if you can do, and you'll begin to get trim and see the weight come off.
