In this exercise you will start out on all fours with your hands right under your shoulders. Then you pull in your abs while taking care to keep your neck and spine in a line. Breathe in through your nostrils while you keep your back straight and then, while pulling your navel up into your spine (while keeping the spine still) breathe back out. Do this twelve times and repeat for three sets to get a good abdominal and core workout. Breathing through forearm planking is another fantastic weight loss tool. Now, slowly lower yourself until your forearms are flat on the surface below. Now straighten those legs to create a straight line with your legs. Inhaling deeply through the nose and letting it out through the mouth while squeezing the abs and hold the position. The next stage of this exercise is a pushup type movement. Repeat these steps three times. You'll look better have a stronger core and better posture.

Air Bike: This post natal exercise begins with you lying down flat on your back and raising your knees and arms so that the left knee touches the right elbow and the right knee touches the left elbow.
