Mr. Shinzo Nakanishi, CEO of Maruti Suzuki has told that this huge growth was possible only because of the continuing support of domestic auto buyers and the increasing requirements of cars in all Indian cities. This auto company is expecting that this demand will go on in the fourth quarter of this year. Mr. Shinzo Nakanishi added that Maruti Suzuki is concentrating on non-Europe nations for exports in future.

Maruti has captured 53% of the domestic Auto in October 2010. For three successive months (August, September and October) in this year, it has touched one lakh unit sales mark. Swift Dzire and SX4 are launched inrecent years with a eye-catching look and MSIL has plans to modify the characteristics of these autos by giving a fresh look in their style. As per the remodeling plans for Maruti SX4, a 20mm trimming will be there in the redesigned model and alteration will be made in headlamps and in front grille. Though some changes will be done in SX4, the over all look will be maintained as the current models.
Maruti's future plans are aimed at the expansion of their market in Europe and non-Europe countries. More fresh variants of the existing small cars are coming to the marketplace to compete with other small cars of Hyundai, General Motors, Ford, etc. Since the demand for new cars are increasing, Maruti Suzuki is planning to raise their output to 110,000 units in a year. At present, Maruti has, two factories in Maneswar and Gurgaon which have the facility to manufacture 1.2 million vehicles per year. With an investment of 37 billion rupees, Maruti has planed to set up new industrial units in Maneswar in Haryana. Probably, 1.75 million vehilces will be manufactured at the end of March, 2012 through the new factories. SY.Siddiqui, managing executive officer of Maruti has announced that a total of four thousand trained professionals will get employment in their new factories and in the automobile sectors of Maruti Suzuki.
Maruti conquered 53% of the Indian market share and has many future plans to cement its position in Indian auto market. Maruti Alto which made a big achievement in sales this year, is going to be launched in the South American country, Chile, in near future. Since Maruti Suzuki's exports to European markets had a fall of 4% this year, Maruti turnes its attention to non European countries to expand their abroad market. Maruti Alto K10 is remodeled with one litre and 3 cylinder K series engine and it is now getting ready to reach foreign markets. Some alterations of the headlamps, fog lamps and tailored instrument clusters will give a new look to this vehicle. German car producer Skoda has agreed to have a tie-up with Maruti to introduce a small autos by 2012. In 2011, Volkswagen AG of Germany is expected to join Maruti to launch their new cars, mostly in our country.
