I have been a sufferer of chronic lower back pain for many years and always woke in the morning to find my bank stiff and inflexible. The general design involves a 10 inch thick dense memory foam place with a thin poly layer on top, culminating in a 3 1/2 inch thick viscoelastic foam top with a 5 pound density, an important minimum standard to seek when buying a mattress.
Some of the top products are the Restonic memory foam mattress,and the mattresses manufactured by the Tempurpedic company, the producers of the original foam designs. These two companies are pretty much the market leaders in high-quality mattress design, and you're unlikely to go wrong by purchasing one of their products. There are a number of other manufacturers such as Sarah Peyton that produce these wonderful mattresses, and most are available online.
Having been sleeping on this mattress now for couple of months I would thoroughly recommend that anybody who suffers from that dull nagging backache takes a look online and considers the memory foam mattress for their home. It's a great investment and will ask you for many years. Highly recommended.
