1) Take a shower! Just meeting girls is not enough, don't you want to go out with them? It may well seem stupid that this must even be remarked upon, but there are guys who think they know the best way to meet girls or show up for a date when they smell like the high school gym. Just don't do it.
2) Arrive on time. Regardless of whether you are picking your date up at her home or meeting her someplace, get there when you say you will. 3) Be a gentleman. Open doors for her. This shows respect. That word, "r-e-s-p-e-c-t" is unfortunately missing among young guys nowadays. You will set yourself apart from the crowd and you'll make an impression on your girlfriend should you treat her with respect. Do not curse, don't knock people who aren't there. Let her know you've got some class.
4) Listen to what she has to say. Do not talk about your own self the whole time. Just keep quiet and listen closely, actually listen to her. This will let her know that you are focused on her and it'll help you think of something to say when it is your turn to talk. You should never interrupt, just listen until she stops. Certain women don't ever stop, they just talk on and on. In that case, just continue to listen. A lot of guys won't do it, but should you do, you will score major points.
5) Offer to pay for every thing. Don't insist. Some women want to pay half, let her. Certain women feel that when you pay for everything, it's just for the reason that you want to take advantage of her. It's possible you do, but don't act like it, particularly on your very first date. And furthermore, don't take her anyplace out of your price range. You'll just look stupid.
6) Drive safely. There might be a very small percentage of women who like to be with foolhardy men, but driving fast and furious just isn't a very good way to appeal to women. Never drive after drinking. She's not going to be pleased if you crash your car or end up in jail. Don't drive aggressively or flip off other motorists.
