The thing about sugar is that there are bad sugars and good sugars. You simply need to make the swap. They taste the same but natural sugars that you find in fruits are actually good for you.

If you love chocolate like I do, then all hope is not lost. The common variety "supermarket chocolate" is a big culprit that can add pounds of stomach fat. By opting for real chocolate you can still enjoy your favorite without giving it up. Dark chocolate are much richer, contains a lot less sugar and has quite a few health benefits. From a diet point of view you will also eat far less because the taste is more intense.

When it comes to cakes and biscuits you should also seek alternatives. They are calorie bombs and some cakes contain a massive amount of calories. There are a lot of low calorie cakes available form most bakeries these days and many supermarkets now stock low calorie biscuits and cakes that taste just as great.

Nothing adds stomach fat as fast as bad sugars and bad calories. Sweets and snacks are bad news for your belly, but by making some small and simple changes you can make some real changes. Use these stomach fat loss tips to your advantage and don't underestimate how much it can do for you. In the end its the small steps that you take consistently that makes all the difference.
