Have you ever just felt as if you were doing everything you were designed to in order to lose weight and STILL weren't dropping the pounds?

During her journey to get rid of 40lbs in 16 weeks, my close friend Kim faced some pretty serious challenges in relation to her level of motivation.

Another friend, Antonio Goodwin, who lost 4 inches from his waistline in 9 weeks with my program, faced exactly the same frustration.

The problem was that at a number of times during their weight loss, they both felt as though they were not losing many pounds and were not seeing results.

Now, a glance at either of their before and after photos on my internet sites shows that each of them made a significant substantial improvement in their bodies.

This is the way it usually goes:

You begin a new diet or weightloss routine. You're all excited to be doing something ideal for your health and the way you look, and you are sticking
to the program, step-by-step.

Consistent action pays off and after a while you start getting compliments concerning the pounds you're losing week by week.

Then suddenly, it all seems to stop. You are able to no longer see the physical alterations in your body, and maybe you even possess a moment of weaknesand cheat a little on your diet plan. So now you're frustrated and mildly depressed. You are feeling as if true weight loss may NEVER happen for you personally, no matter what you do.

TIME OUT.

The secret here is to not get stuck in your frustration.

Now this is a tough one, because everyone and that i do mean EVERYONE experiences this stage. Whenever I have to trim down for a photo shoot, Time passes through it as well.

One of the things that you need to understand about the body is that provided you are doing the right things on the consistent basis it WILL respond with results.

The Jedi Mind Trick is the fact that oftentimes the progress is subtle, or might be primarily taking place in an area that you simply cannot see as well.

For example, my friend Kim loses weight in her own back the fastest. Her frustration came because she didn't see the fat loss on her stomach the way in which she would have liked to. Little did she realize that from behind she appeared as if a completely different person.

Listen, the emotional journey is an inevitable aspect of any worthy undertaking that people take on in life. Remember during college? Or maybe waiting for puberty to create in? How about paying off the money you owe? The mental battle while trying to diet and/or achieve weight loss isn't any different.

So make a conscious decision to stay to your guns. Let it engage in. Victory lies in having the strength to really make it through the rough spots without cracking underneath the pressure and losing everything you've worked for. If you're able to just master getting after dark point of frustration, before very long you'll be seeing results again and becoming more compliments.
