In order for this to work, you must see to it that you use only the colors that you are comfortable with, and in the amounts that you feel are right.

If you do this as often as you can, talking to your angel will almost feel like a second nature to you, and as you become more comfortable with the idea of talking to your angel, it will be so much easier for you to do the more difficult exercises.

At the same time, you may also want to search for e groups and communities of angel fanatics. Try to join these groups if you are interested in communicating effectively with your angels.
