Did you read that right? Yes, there is a way for starting a free online business. This is the best way for beginners to learn how to start an online business. That way, they aren t investing too much in the beginning. There are so many free software programs you can use, as well as putting up a free website.

Did you know that over 80 of businesses will fail in their first year? Why? Because most businesses have a high operating expense or a tall investment. You can increase your chances of success if you minimize your expenses in the beginning. Then, as you start to make money, you can upgrade your business to paid services. Here is a list of free software and resources that you can take advantage of.

Free Website:

I have two favorite sites that allow you to put up a free website. You don t even need to know HTML with these options. They are www.Weebly.com and www.Blogger.com. Weebly is so easy! You just drag and drop the information where you want. It is also search engine friendly, meaning, Weelby has many applications you can put on your site so that it will get ranked in the search engines when you use your keywords properly.

Blogger was first created for people to do their personally blogging on, but many online businesses use this free resource. Once you go to this site, you will find many helpful video tutorials to help you set your blog or website up. Also, if you go to Youtube, you will be able to find videos that will help you set up your Blogger website.

Products:

Affiliate marketing is the cheapest way when starting a free online business. Once you have your free website set up, you can start promoting somebody else s product or services for free. You would sign up for the affiliate program or service you want to promote and then put your affiliate link on your site. Signing up for an affiliate program should be free. I would never promote somebody s product if they charged me to sign up to promote their product.

You can write reviews about the product or service you are promoting on your site and then add your affiliate link in that review. Once somebody clicks on that affiliate link and buys that product through your link, you will earn a commission. It didn t cost you a dime to promote that link! You can also write articles for the product you re promoting. I talk about that in part two of this article series.

There are many reasons to start out with affiliate marketing. It will help you understand the way online marketing works while earning money and you don t have to put any money and time into creating your own product. And if one of the products you ve chosen to promote doesn t do well, then you can find another one to promote.

In part 2 of this article, I talk about traffic generation. When starting a free online business, there are many no cost ways to get people to your site.
