In today's workplace ladies have a distinctive role that has evolved during the last twenty years. Within the past the "female" ability to nurture and to be empathetic were frowned upon or seen as weak. Today each men and women enter the workplace with a completely different set of rules.

Ladies have set the pace for a workplace that now not eats individuals up, however welcomes them as individuals with a heart, a soul plus 2 productive hands. The rules have undoubtedly changed.
