If your cutlerys are suffering from different stains, then the first thing that you will do is to put the silverware in water that is warm and dry it. You should wipe the tableware using a cloth, for it to dry. Avoid drying it using the air, as this will only cause your silver flatware to have more stains. You can also use some tartar cream, and lemon juice to remove the stains. You can simply mix both the ingredients, and gently wipe those stains on your tablewares, using a cloth. If you are having a hard time removing the stain, you can scrub it using a sponge to remove those nasty stains.
You can also try rubbing alcohol to remove stubborn stains. Wipe the tablewares with a cloth that is soaked in alcohol, and leave it there for a few minutes. Now for tarnished silverware, you can use a bowl and an aluminium foil for this. You should remember that the bowl should be larger than your silver flatware so that it will have enough space to hold your wares that needed to be cleaned. Lay all your cutlery inside the bowl and make sure that they are all lying onto the aluminium foil. Then lightly put some salt on the tableware and fill it up with some hot water, until the water covers all the tableware. Remember to use hot water, to make sure that the tarnish will totally be removed. You can leave them there for an hour.
