This artist says that a dog is the one the guards the land in between life and death. Just to know more about shadow dogs this artist studied many pictures even the ones that were in the local restaurant near her place. Having a fine arts degree from a university in New Mexico this artist has exhibited her skills in many places in the country. In addition this artist has awards for the work she put in fabrics, photography and printmaking.
As she was working with dogs she decided to move into frogs. Steel is what she made her work out of and it measures about 10 feet high. To be playful she names her series a young girl's fascination with frogs.
She also did a study on non rational states of consciousness. According to her there was a connection to a shamanistic belief in her work that humans and animals can work together.
