You maybe feeling very sad today. First of all, find a reason of your bad mood, it maybe rejection, it maybe pain and it maybe emotional wound. All of us have ups and downs sometimes.

Maybe something bad happened to you and you feel depressed. Did you have a heartache and pain because of that? Everybody goes through similar experience sometimes and you are not alone in your suffering. This is a human nature.

It's alright to be vulnerable sometimes and experience what you experience now. Don't think that you are the only person who have to deal with it, it's a part of our life that no one really talks often about. Maybe you love tall women and you were rejected by a tall woman of your dreams? There are many other attractive women you can meet and don't give up your hopes because of woman only experience.

Start healing yourself. Realize you can change how you feel to a certain degree. Accept your frustration and anger, let yourself feel for a certain time but not too long. People have to experience such emotions sometimes too, so we can learn about life and relate to others. Maybe writing can help or talking or talk to someone you trust.

Find someone who you can trust, trusting someone and talking can heal a lot of your wounds and make you feel better. Find someone who wants to listen and understands what you are going through. It could make you feel better if you share your feelings with someone you can trust. Don't share your feelings with everyone though, you could get hurt easily and you have chance to be misunderstood. Find people you can rely on your friends for emotional support, if they can provide it for you.

Find something to destruct yourself with, it maybe your favorite music or hobby or anything else you like. It could make you feel happy. It could be hard for you to stop thinking immediately about break up, but try to think about it less and give attention to other, more important events in your life. Find something more important to you.

Getting rid of hurtful thoughts is hard, but you should try. Stop replaying bad events in your head over and over. Try to meet someone even more interesting than your previous lover. It's o'kay to date and have a good time. You will forget your lover faster and easier if you have interesting people to focus in your life. Learn from your mistakes.

People are not perfect and we have ability to forgive. Don't blame that person for deceiving you or letting you down. We are all not perfect and sometimes we disappoint someone too. We all want to be understood and forgiven. Remember that time heals all wounds.

Don't carry sadness in your heart but forgive.Some of you would want to hurt the person who hurt you, but focus on forgiveness. It's better not to seek the road of anger and revenge. Be kind to anyone you meet. This world has enough anger and deceit already, so you wouldn't want to make more of negativity in this world.
