The work of this artist is different from other paintings as when he draws a pug it could look oddly like Winston Churchill, even donned on the same outfit. For those who love art this is what they call anthropomorphic art. This artist has no difficulty restoring old paintings those that are normally found in old European homes and private clubs.

For originality, this artist then takes the painting and places an animal's face over it. This Belgian artist who was formerly an art restorer calls his works as aristochiens and aristocrats. For this artist the way he creates dogs and cats into portraying humans are really amazing and fits well to his whole concept.

The original with the new additions in his pieces are almost impossible to spot. The artist remarkably keeps his work keeps the pureness of his work making sure that to the viewers it is still authentic looks. An idea like this would not be one that the president of the American Society might like to hear.

A piece from the artist was, not long ago, part of the animal society's auction in New York for a fundraising event. The collection of this artist which contained 27 works was also debuted to the public a chic art gallery which had club chairs, tartan couches leather bound books and Sloan ranger's bibelots. It was neatly conducive for the debut of his pieces.

When the artist was interview it was revealed that he likes to make his work simple but also unique enough in comparison to other artist. The paintings that this artist makes are simply not weird or different but to him it is poetic. He gave a self deprecating cough, and added that he has noticed that the people who buy them are almost always in the first ranks of their fields, be it industry or the nobility, people who aren't afraid to have a sense of humor.

The aristos of Europe and the royals are keener into purchasing the works of this artist. It is the royals who have them hanging on their walls or even those that have ancestral painting of their own include this artist's aristochiens in their collection. A lot of people will be surprised to note that these pieces are the in thing currently.

Resourcefully, this artist goes to many markets just so he can get old portraits that he can restore and then match with whatever dog creation he has in mind. More so this German pointer looks closer to a French officer at the battle of Alma in a blue dress uniform with gold epaulettes, sword and an array of medals then himself. Notably some of the portraits that this artist has already restored come with family crests. Tiny dog's bones will usually cover the insignia.

He even used his dog to cover up the faces of matrons in one of his paintings. He confessed that there are people who think it is a sacrilege to desecrate ancestors and so hate him for his work. Since dogs put people in their right place they deserve to be acknowledged hence they become part of his work. The demeanor of dogs is that they are loyal and appreciative all the time. Dogs also give more than what they really seem.

At times this artist will charge around $5,000 to $8,000 for is work. This art form is not new to many for this professor of art history at the local university. As an example she pointed out the works of two famous painters as 18th and 19th century graphic artists and satirists.
