Brazil has lots to offer to its visitors. It is great tourist destination and apart from the charming beaches and pretty Brazil hotels, here you will find brilliant spots worth visiting.

Rio de Janeiro

Rio has one of the most fascinating settings on the planet. The city’s spectacular harbor is dominated by the famous rocky site Pão de Açúcar, which means Sugar Loaf, plus the Corcovado peak, rising 709m over the Baía de Guanabara. The Christ the Redeemer statue stands on top of Corcovado. The Corcovado peak is located within the Parque Nacional da Tijuca, and is accessible by cog train. From the top you'll find magnificent views of Rio. Rio’s other landmarks are its countless beaches, most notably the infamous Copacabana and Ipanema. Rio has many interesting museums, including the Museu Histórico Nacional, located in the São Tiago Fortress. The Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro contains Brazil’s most important collection of modern art. In Rio de Janeiro are located some of the most gorgeous hotels in Brazil.

São Paulo

The Edificio Italiano is the highest construction in São Paulo and it reveals South America’s largest city and Brazil’s financial, commercial and industrial heartland. Popular across the continent for its abundant nightlife and shopping, São Paulo’s rapidly growing population resides in a sprawling urban maze characterized by perpetual traffic jams plus a chronic lack of space. A popular among the tourists attraction is the Museu de Arte de São Paulo with an internationally renowned variety of impressionist paintings by Van Gogh and Degas and many others.

Salvador da Bahia

This city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts a significant number of churches, such as the impressive Church of São Francisco along with the fascinating Church of Bonfim. Cidade Alta, the heart of the old city, is perched in the top of a 50m-high cliff, linked to Cidade Baixa by steep streets, a funicular railway as well as the marvelous Art-Deco Elevador Lacerdo. The majority of Salvador’s museums, palaces and churches are concentrated within Cidade Alta and as a result the city is ideal for exploring on foot. Salvador has some of the best museums in Brazil such as Museu Afro-Brasileiro, the Casa de Jorge Amado, the Museu da Cidade and also the Museu de Arte Sacra. This is a fantastic idea to book a hotel in Brazil in this amazing city and explore its beauties for a couple of days.

If you like shopping Mercado Modelo can present you a fantastic variety of goods and gorgeous handicrafts.

Minas Gerais

This area has taken its name after the abundant gold and diamond mines which have been found there. Throughout the 18th there was lots of gold found the Portuguese lacked sufficient ships to transport it to Europe. The most fantastic site for the art-lovers is the Aleijadinho’s interpretation of ‘The Passion’. It is set in the gardens towards Matosinhos town. This involves six small domed chapels filled with life-size statues that dramatize the scenes. All of the figures, such as the 12 magnificent soapstone statues of prophets from the Old Testament are really worth visiting.

Brasília

This is Brazil’s capital city and it is renowned for its futuristic architecture, most notable in the Praça dos Três Poderes, Palácio do Planalto and also the National Congress. Brasília has little to offer the visitors who're keen on Brazilian historical past and culture. But it is a exceptional city with its own exceptional style, and in case you really want to explore Brazil’s culture in depth don’t miss to visit it.

Porto Alegre

This city houses hundreds of tourists each year, the vast majority of whom come from nearby Argentina. There are represented remarkable museums, art galleries and restaurants to entertain the visitor, as well as delightful surrounding countryside. To the west, travelers can visit the ruins of the 300-year-old Jesuit missions, abandoned when the Jesuits were expelled from Spain. One of the most fascinating is Saõ Miguel das Missões, yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site within this area. Here you can find wonderful opportunities for trekking and hiking.
