Of these brands, the ones that have the most name recall in the motorhomes for sale business are Winnebago and Gulfstream. The Gulfstream is probably the more popular or famous motorhome company because it was used by movie actors in the 1950’s onwards as part of their perks when shooting on the set. The Winnebago received its popularity as a choice for motorhomes in movies as well. Known for being big and full of amenities, it has been prominently featured on so many films that it has created a brand name through this media.

Most motorhomes these days are buses in themselves and the need for huge and spacious places that may provide peace and serenity for the motorhome user complements the business of motorhome sales. In fact many motorhome for sales businesses have also diversified into motorhome parks.
Whatever the case may be, the motorhomes for sale business is one that has not reached its critical or sunset stage. More and more baby boomers, those born after the world war, are retiring and plan to travel around their respective areas in a motorhome. For them, it is a sense of reward for the years spent providing for their respective families and now it is time for them to go on that open road and travel year round with the amenities of a home.
