Maybe you d love to be working out, but you just can t fit it in to your timetable. You know you should be getting more exercise, but you have long, 12 hour workdays and there s just NO TIME. What do you do? Let me tell you now, if you really want to lose weight, you CAN fit a workout in to your day anyone can! It s just a matter of time management and planning.

Lots of people feel this way. They just don t understand how they can fit a workout into their workday, and so they don t work out at all. I ll tell you straight out: I have no time is NOT a valid excuse. Absolutely anyone can find time to work out, if they actually TRY to. Here are some ways:

Unless you live right by your work place, you probably have to travel some distance to get to work. That s one time you can fit in a workout. If you live close enough to work, you can walk or bike there. Just leave a little earlier you ll still get to work on time, and in the process you ll have got some exercise! If you live farther away from work, you can still exercise on the way. Walk to the subway station, instead of driving there. Or park your car a short distance away from work, and walk the rest of the way. There are plenty of options, if you re creative about it!

If you don t want to walk or bike to work, you ll have to fit in workouts at other times in your day. If you think about it, it s not a huge commitment. It s only a few hours a week but it s hugely important if you want to lose weight and live a healthy life! So make the decision that you re going to work out every week, no matter what. If you re willing to make time for work, friends, and so on, you can make time to work out. Once you make that decision, it s not that difficult. There are probably times in your day when you re just sitting around watching TV, or not doing anything productive. You don t need to replace all these times with working out, but you could get some exercise WHILE watching TV, or skip TV a couple times a week. It s easy!

If you still don t think you have time to work out, think about this: if you don t make time to work out, you ll HAVE to make time to get sick! This is your body we re talking about, not just any minor hobby. If you don t take care of it, it ll bite you in the end. If you get sick, it ll take up a huge chunk of your life. Instead, you can just invest a few hours a week in working out, lose weight, and stay in top shape. So do it today! Go through your schedule and MAKE time to work out. If you really want to, you can do it.
