The bride and groom, for their wedding day, should try and look but natural; rather than look 'extraordinary'. Trying out something new, be it a shirt style or a haircut, for the d-day, could be a big mistake of the groom. Softening the look of the face is easy with a mild dusting of pressed powder in a lighter tone.

The bridegroom may, at certain times use a little trick to provide a fresh glow to his face. Rubbing a cologne stick on the forehead and upper area of the face is a quick way to achieve an immediate glow when getting ready to click the portrait.
The best wedding pictures are the ones where the bride and the groom seem to be carefree and indifferent to the fact that they are posing n front of the camera. A neat look can be attained if the bridegroom tries for a new haircut and sticks to crisp collared shirts. If wedding ties define the groom's personal taste, stick to it and do not opt for any last minute changes. If perhaps he decides to go with one of his old suits, he should check if it requires any alteration; or if it is altogether out of question.
