What is the definition to optimistic, That's a question that everyone knows the answer to, but the definition to optimistic may be a mystery to some people, the reason that I say that is that the definition to optimistic is searched for 5500 times per month on google alone, the definition to optimistic would also i assume be searched for quite a few times a month on the other search engines, so I think that we can safely say that the definition to optimistic is searched for about 120,000 times per year at least.

Thats a lot of people that do not know what optimistic means, Here is my definition to optimistic, Optimistic is a way to describe someone or something that someone says, it means that the person has a great expectation of a positive outcome. The definition to optimistic could be put into an example as follows.

If a person is in a car going somewhere, supposing that the person is still roughly thirty minutes away from their destination and a friend rings them to see if they will be on time for the meeting that they have to be at in fifteen minutes time and the person says "yes" If they say that they will be there on time, then this could be considered the definition to optimistic.

Though, This would only be the definition to optimistic if the person actually believed what they wore saying when they said that they would be on time, And when the person said that they wore on time, for this to be the definition of optimistic then the person would have had to have known that they wore actually due to be late. By saying that they wore going to be on time even though they know that they wore running late they will have to have the intention of driving faster for this to be the definition of optimistic.

If the person said that they would be on time and they know that they wore running late, also if the person had no intention of driving faster in order to make the effort to get there quicker, then this is not a definition for optimistic any more, This is now an example of dishonesty.
