Sit down, rest yourself and close the eyes. Rub your hands quickly to warm your hands. Cover your eyes with the warm palms. After the warmth disappears, you must eliminate both hands and open your eyes suddenly. In this manner can you improve the circulation of blood and accelerate metabolism.

4. Eye-wash method.

Disinfect the salver and pour some warm water into it. Put your face within the water and open the eyes. Let your eye balls move up and down, in clockwise and counterclockwise direction for nine times respectively. Initially, if the water goes in your eyes, you may feel distressing. But, with the movements of eye balls, the eyes will become very comfortable. If you have breath problem in this procedure, you can raise your face from the salver, breathe deeply outside and place your face into the salver again. The eye-wash method can wash out hazardous substances and dirt within your eyes.
