The first thing that I want to say is that you can get thinner faster than most people normally would, but you will need to put in the work and follow the steps exactly as outlined. You will be able to see a difference in your body in a matter of weeks, instead of months and years.

You will already be familiar with the 2 factors of losing weight successfully. These are exercise and diet. I know many people don't like exercise, but if you want to wait months and months to lose some weight, then avoid the exercise. If however you want to lose weight quickly, then it is a necessary evil.

As for diet, you do not, and nor should you cut lots of calories from your diet, starving yourself will not get you the results that you want.

Ok let's get started and show you how to get thin fast!

The first is your diet. Replace the rubbish food that you may be currently eating with more healthy options. I'm talking about fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats like chicken turkey, and lean cuts of beef. Also start eating more fish.

The second thing is to change the way that you eat. Instead of getting all your calories from 2 or 3 meals a day, split your calories over 5 or 6 meals a day. I'm not saying that you should eat proper meals. Try to make each meal around 300 - 400 calories a day. This will give you a total of between 1500 - 2000 calories a day. An ideal amount of calories to consume if you want to get thinner.

You have probably heard this a thousand times, but I will say it one more time. Eat breakfast, do not ever miss this meal. While you have been sleeping your body obviously hasn't been getting any food, unless you have been eating while you have been sleepwalking. This lack of food has slowed down your metabolism, and it needs food to bring it back to life so it can burn calories. If you miss breakfast, it will get even slower, and hang onto as many calories as it can.

It has been proven by scientific research that eating protein keeps you from getting hunger pangs for longer, so make sure that you eat a meal that is rich in protein for breakfast, because you will eat less at your next meal.

In regards to exercise, stop doing exercises that work a couple of muscles at a time. You need to do exercises which work a high number of muscles. Most cardio exercises will come under this bracket. Pick something that you have a good chance of sticking with. Running, rowing, cross trainer, skipping, are some that you can do, but there are plenty of others.

If you want to get thin fast, then it is important that you do your exercise as early in the day as you possibly can. Again this is based on strong science. The first source of fuel that your body will use as an energy source to fuel your physical activities is carbohydrates. When you exercise first thing in the morning, your body has not had a chance to take in carbohydrates, as you have been asleep.

So it as a limited amount that is stored. When you exercise, the carbohydrates in your body get even more depleted. It takes around 24 hours for your body to replace these carbohydrates. It doesn't make any difference if you eat carbohydrates after your exercise. Your body still needs time to convert those into a fuel it can use.

After carbohydrates, fat is used as a fuel source. As your body is lacking carbohydrates because you have depleted them by exercising early, it has no choice but to start using fat as a fuel resource.

Here's the great part, all the physical activities that you do during the rest of the day will be fuelled by the fat on your body. Isn't this a great way to get thin fast?

An even better way to rid yourself of more fat is to add another full body workout later in the day. This second workout will burn calories from fat that you have stored on your body, making you lose even more weight.
