There are certain sensations in all kinds of street combat, but you can break beyond the "nervous factor" by adding a solid psychological feature to your attempts when learning street fighting. Critical situation in the streets are possible at any instant so it's a wise plan to start your training for facing the additional fear aspect. Do you feel like you're the kind of person who plainly freezes when a street fighting situation takes place? Having panic is a sure thing with many of us but if you learn to fight and control at the same time then over time you will handle your emotions better to the disadvantage of your competitor.

The core focus when learning to fight is that you must practice plenty of times until you have the experiences and are capable enough to defeat your assailant. Once your defensive movements become natural to you, by that time you become automatically alert and know what to do when the position happens. You feel easier and not as scared so that you can face your attacker's approach more carefully. Fundamentally, once you're sufficiently prepared in self defense, you will be capable to master and lessen your emotions in order to take hold of the situation and put your opponent out quickly.

When a person somehow is rude to you, you may experience both panic and confusion as to why the person might act in such a way. They could be doing that to rob you, but small chances are that you will end up with your face broken for no reasons that you could try to understand. For good practice, you could try to cry.

If you cry while you are developing, you'll steadily learn to prevent those tears, so that when a street fighting situation eventually comes up, you'll be the complete master of your emotional reactions. I will reference an example of real-world situations, but no matter how anyone can describe it as, the level of emotional intensities doesn't amount up to the level of real life emotion power in real street combat.

Finally, you can expect that your assailant could have emotions too, so as long as you control your own emotions, then you can deal with theirs better and perhaps use it to your advantage.
