What can you do if you have no access to weights whatsoever, is it still possible to pack on muscle? Of course it is, keep in mind that you can use your own body as a piece of training equipment. How you can get muscles at home without weight training equipment

You can perform chin ups, press ups, squat thrusts, crunches, free squats, and so on for gaining some strength and muscle. When you get to a level where you can perform these exercises without too much difficulty, just begin to make them harder.

You do this by making sure that each rep places more stress on your muscles by adding variations to the normal way of those exercises. Put a weighted back pack filled with cans of food or bottles of water, strap it to your back and do press ups. The added weight will force your upper body to work much harder, which will equate to more muscle growth.

You can do something similar with the other exercises by wearing a weighted back pack. Anything that is going to weight you down can be put into a back pack, food items, bottles of liquid, sand, and even dirt. You will definitely feel the added weight and your workouts will be more intense.

Free weights are the best and quickest way to put on some muscle, but as you can see, there are other methods that you can use to get muscles at home.
