This year the University of New England is launching the very first Life at Altitude festival, with a jam-packed University Open Day followed by a thumping great show featuring live bands, fantastic food and heaps of free entertainment.

Check out the uni courses, meet lecturers and get a feel for campus life at the University Open Day on Friday 6 May 2011. You'll have a chance to join one of the University campus tours and take a look at UNE learning, living, and recreational facilities, meet existing students and pepper them with questions, and get up close and personal with teaching staff. In other words, Friday is your day to explore the University of New England and find out everything you need to make an informed decision about your uni future.
Fun at Life at Altitude
On Saturday 7 May, 2011 the University of New England launches into a massive event, with a huge day planned to help you get acquainted with the other great side of uni life – Fun! Channel V will be there with their giant silent disco and VJs. And of course there'll be incredible live performances from the best Australian acts including Little Red, Operator Please and Amy Meredith. With amazing local food and plenty of free stuff to see and do, this is more than just another University Open Day. This is Life at Altitude.
