Is your bladder excessively active? Do you find yourself often getting up for visits to the bathroom? Have you experimented with every little thing you can think of to stop those frequent trips into the restroom at work? Most people imagine that it is the intake of fluid that affects the amount of relief our bladders need during the day. This is the reason that a lot more people end up unintentionally dehydrating themselves in their attempts to stay out of the toilet.

Would you believe that it is sometimes what you might be eating that can be causing you to frequently visit the restroom during the day? The simple fact of the matter is that those number one toilet breaks are simply a way for your body to relieve waste. You can make this waste from both fluid and solid foods. Your waste is made up equally of liquid as well as solid parts, the forms they take when you take in your food isn't important.

While Vitamin C is vital for fighting off infections, it has been confirmed that citrus fruits can upset the bladder. This is mostly due to the fact that lots of citrus fruits are made up of acid and that's why they need to be avoided both as solids and as juices. Limes, oranges, tangerines, grapefruits along with lemons are the key sources of this acid as are pineapples which, even though they aren't actually citrus fruits, are still irritating to your system. Instead, stay with fruits like bananas, pears, apples along with berries for your Vitamin C intake.

Try to keep calm about this: ingesting too much chocolate can be an exascerbater of your bladder. Chocolate includes caffeine. The bladder isn't a lover of caffeine and will make you take lots of potty breaks if you take in too much of it. Caffeinated beverages consist of the same irritants as food with caffeine. If you have been making a lot of trips to the toilet you should stay away from all forms of caffeine. Choose dark chocolate as well as decaffeinated drinks as a substitute.

Particularly spicy foods, like caffeine, can be very irritating to the bladder. This is going to be troubling for many who like spicy foods but it is vital, if you dont want to spend your evenings running to the bathroom, to avoid foods like super spicy nachos, wasabi sauce, etc. If the food makes your nose and eyes run it is going to help to make other areas of your body run too. The fix is simple: choose foods that aren't as spicy--this way you can get the same good tastes without irritating your bladder.

We usually believe that if it's fluid when it comes out it will need to have been liquid when it went in. This is totally not the case. What our bodies expel is the remaining bits of what we have eaten and drunk that our bodies cannot use or store so it gets rid of them in whatever way is the easiest and most convenient.
