In fact, I strongly recommend you keep clear of those things I just mentioned because they are not just ineffective, they can cause many health problems as well. Okay, what worked very well for me and thousands of other people to lose weight, burn fat, increase energy, and improve our overall health is to simply eat mini meals instead of mega meals and make sure that each meal is rotated with different nutrients and calorie amounts so that the metabolism will increase to the highest peak.

You see, when you eat smaller meals more often, and then shift the calories and nutrients around, you are in fact not just skyrocketing your metabolism, you are also decreasing hunger pangs, increasing your energy levels, improving your digestive system, and so much more. This is why this type of dieting is becoming more and more popular.

I also found that this type of dieting is also one of the more inexpensive types as well. For starter's, the programs that are based around this method of dieting are very affordable. Second, the foods you have to get with this diet are NORMAL FOODS, so therefore, you don't have to worry about buying some expensive rare foods or spending hundreds of dollars on prepackaged monthly meal programs.

Speaking of prepackaged meal programs, I highly recommend you avoid those things because they are loaded with sodium and most of them are processed foods. Foods high in sodium and are also processed are some of the foods that make people fatter in the first place... go figure!

Bottom line, a diet program that is all about eating smaller meals often and switching the calories around is the best type of diet for being able to lose weight in a week... naturally, easily, and permanently.
