Hamilton Island

Fraser Island
Fraser Island is the world's largest sand island and is World Heritage listed. It is over 123 kilometres long and 22 kilometres at its widest point. There are a variety of different accommodation choices, from resorts through to camping. The only way to get around is with a four wheel drive, unless you plan on walking. Kangaroo Island
Kangaroo Island is one of Australia's largest islands, with most of the population being employed as primary producers. There is a range of accommodation available and Kangaroo Island is well known for it's gourmet foods, including seafood, sheep cheese, honey and wine. The country side varies across the 155 kilometre length, with bushland, wetlands, sand dunes and wide beaches.
King Island
King Island is well known for it's excellent dairy products, which are readily available in supermarkets, but it is also a great tourist destination. Located in Bass Strait between Victoria and Tasmania, it is a quiet holiday spot with fine food, an interesting maritime history, plenty of wildlife, beautiful beaches and friendly communities. There is lots to do, including fishing, wilderness walks, food grazing trails and bird watching. Visit the Currie Lighthouse, travel to the smallest suspended lake in the world and visit a calcified forest, the remainder of an ancient forest that is up to 7000 years old.
Phillip Island
Phillip Island is best known for it's Penguin Parade and the Australian Motorbike Grand Prix. Only a short drive south east of Melbourne it is a great destination for a family holiday or a weekend getaway.
