Treat Tennis Elbow by Exercises

If you adhering to a well designed exercise plan, your affected can gain back their strength. Ball squeeze, finger stretch, wrist extension, pronation etc. are somethe tennis elbow exercises. Ball squeeze is a very simple exercise. Use your affected hand to grip a tennis ball Try to squeeze it according your capacity. Relax for a while and repeat.



Keep your affected arm in a straight and horizontal position. Try to spread your fingers according to your capacity. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds and bring them back.

To do wrist extension, keep your affected arm in a straight and horizontal position. Make sure that your palm faces downward. Bend your wrist gradually as much as you can. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds. Now get it back to the horizontal position and hold for 15 to 20 seconds. Try to move it up, hold for 15 to 20 seconds and bring it back.



To do the hammering exercise, grip a hammer at just below the head.Now, keep your upper and fore arm straight and horizontal.Bend your wrist down. Bend as much as you can. Try to hold it there for 10 to 15 seconds depending on your capacity. Bend it back to the horizontal position and hold for 10 to 20 seconds. Now bend it up and hold for the same duration. Bring it back and repeat. Next, hold the hammer at the bottom and repeat this.
