At a trade show you have only about 3 seconds to catch an attendee’s attention as they pass by your exhibit. You have to have your message displayed clearing and effectively. If you have effective graphics that catch the consumer’s attention you will have a successful exhibit.

Your graphic display should contain a great image and a bold statement. Your displays have to show who you are and what your products or services do. Point out in your graphic displays the advantages of your product. If you keep it simple people will notice it as they walk by.

As the old adage goes; a picture is worth a thousand words. The images on your graphic displays are very important. You want to make sure they are high quality, crystal clear images of exactly what your product is. You can use stock photography and make sure your company name is large enough to be seen. You should also make sure your logo is visible and your website URL should be displayed also.

Your graphics and visuals should be large and bright and state in as few words as possible what your products are all about. The colour and tones you use are important. It is advisable to use strong warm colours such as red, orange and yellow to attract more attention to your displays. You can use creative lighting to draw people into your exhibit and to illuminate your graphic displays.

When you are designing your graphic displays you might want to hire a graphic designer to produce your displays. When choosing a designer you want to make sure they are knowledgeable about graphic techniques, which include typography and photography. They should also be familiar with designing graphics for a trade show display . You want them to be open to suggestions and have a creative mind. One of the most important things is to have good communication between the designer and yourself. That is the key to getting exactly the type of image you want.

Just remember to keep your graphic design simple and to the point. You should try to avoid using a lot of text and bullet points. You want your display to convey a message that can be understood in a matter of seconds. You want your graphics to visually lure visitors into your exhibit. Your want to use bold colours but they have to be done properly or your company’s message won’t be seen.

Banner displays are a good choice when creating your exhibit. If you use a large banner that is up high visitors will be able to see your graphics from across the trade show floor. Make sure you use bold colours and that your company name is in large easy to read print.

The images and graphics that you display in your trade show exhibit need to grab the audience’s attention. You want the graphics to be professional and have a high quality definition to them. Trade show displays are the key to having a successful trade show exhibit.
