How to Reduce Weight in Natural Way

Obesity is perhaps one of the important causes of morbidity & mortality in the entire world. In fact, obesity predisposes a person to many ailments. Except the developed world the rest doesn’t have the proper statistical study of this evil in their population. And people those who are gaining weight don’t pay attention till they realize that they have become over weight. In this social and personal apathy the problem is gripping the under develop world more and more firm then ever before. Even in the developed countries there is regular increase in the obesity related illnesses, morbidity & mortality noted at every demographic study.

Doing strict dieting, taking commercial weight reducing products, commercial weight reduction programmes are all proved to be not doing any long term benefits. There are many other healthy ways to contain this problem at individual level as well as for masses. The best way to fight this evil is changing lifestyle forever and developing healthy consumption habits in a natural way.

Follow these natural tips to have considerable reduction and perfect control on your weight, and stay fit.

•Wake up early in the morning and consume at least 2 glasses of water before doing anything.

•Do mild exercise or jogging for about 20 – 25 minutes till you begin sweating. It may make you scary of getting gasping but the one with strong determination will never give up.

•Make habit of doing personal work by self as much as possible. Time is money but money is not health. So better to be healthy first, then think about money.

•Avoid using machines for your service as much as possible.

•Use stairs instead of escalators.

•Don’t use vehicles for personal transport of short distance. It will give the body some exercise & burn calories.

•If you walk a lot everyday but still you are overweight, then think that you have to do more than what you are doing now.

•Avoid bad eating habits & junk foods. Maintain a balance between protein & calorie intake, tale more fibre food and fiber foods helps in stomach filling and decreases the urge to eat the food. This way weight decrease is easy.

•Compensate an occasionally taken heavy meal on one time of the day by reducing the consumption at the other meal of the same day. Also, take more raw vegetables that helps in stocmach filling.

•Decrease the bulk of food you consume on a day when you consume sweet or other high calorie food.

•Eat fiber rich food like green vegetables, soyabeans, and fruits in plenty.

•Drink 1 – 2 glass of water before every meal, this will reduce the total consumption of food. Water with Lemon juice and honey also helps.

•Keep a track of your weight by measuring at least once in three days.

•Develop habit of keeping the surroundings at all the places clean. This makes you engage in activity.

Calories provide energy when used by activity and develop anergy when stored by inactivity.
