leveling as a Cleric is easy, but focus on these classes to speed it up
Sentinels, Shamans, Druids, and Justicars are pretty good levelers. You can pretty much power level up using them, but you still need to know which quests to do (and which ones to avoid.) Putting these classes together with a guide will guarantee that you power level very quickly and reach the level cap soon.
There are several Rift Cleric Builds for ranged DPS. The most effective one is to get Inquisitor as the main soul with Purifier and Warden as the off-souls. The two off-souls give damage absorption shield and the ability to heal over time. The Inquisitor has several damage-over-time spells as well as great nuke spells to deliver high damage.
The next part of the Rift Cleric Builds Guide is for group play. You can choose to either be a DPS or a healer. If you choose to be a DPS then use the same combinations above for DPS and just tweak them to add more damage and less healing.
As for Rift Cleric Builds for healing, you must first decide what type of healer you want to be before selecting the souls. Sentinal soul has instant healing and several AOE group healing. Warden soul has heal-over-time spells. Purifier has big heals and shields. You would want all of the three Cleric classes if you want to be a healer in Rift.
