How the System Work

Step 1: Patient checks the availability of appointments using the Clinic Bean system.
Step 2: Patient books a slot via Clinic Bean system
Step 3: The Clinic Beans system processes this appointment, and then automatically updates the Clinic’s own appointment system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is also possible that the clinic can use the Clinic Beans system as their own appointment booking system.
Benefits
By using Clinic Beans, a clinic can better and more optimally manage the availability of their resources; it does this by integrating with the clinic’s existing appointment system. This means the Clinic Beans system can add or update the clinic’s own appointment schedule 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
