Have you ever wanted to have the look and feel of a professional athlete…? But didn’t want the bumps & bruises required to train like a professional athlete?

The Dojo of Karate is proud to be the first Martial Arts School in Colorado to launch a new fitness program called Fighting Fit2 Fitness Boot Camp(TM).

Our Fighting Fit2 Boot Camp(TM), also known as F2 Boot Camp, consists of workouts that professional fighters and athletes perform during their training sessions. We’ve taken their exercises and designed them so that ANYONE can do them. And the nice thing about it, you can go at your own pace in order to build the muscles and endurance to last through a 50 minute workout.

Here Is What You Will Do
F2 Boot Camp sessions will typically start off with a light warm up in order to get your heart rate up and blood flowing through your body. This will also help loosen up the muscles.

Than, we take you into a 15 20 minutes strength training segment with resistance bands or medicine balls. Some of the most renowned personal trainers have all their athletes’ use this type of equipment to develop lean and tone muscle groups.

After strength training, you will begin a cardio workout lasting between 15 20 minutes by doing interval training. Studies have shown that interval training will not only improve your aerobic and anaerobic pathways, but also build muscles. Plus, you will burn more calories in a 24 to 36 hour period AFTER your workout with interval based training.

We will than cool you down with some stretching to make sure the muscles do not get too tight for the next session.

One last note… When you join the Fighting Fit2 Boot Camp Fitness Program(TM), you will also be required to follow our nutrition guide. This portion of your training, combined with physical workouts will give you the fastest results in a shorter amount of time. But don’t worry, you get to have cheat days too!

Simply said, this is a recipe for success!

Boot Camps are limited to 20 participants during each cycle. This guarantees that you get more personal instruction in a fun and motivating, small group environment. By limiting the F2 Boot Camp sizes, this ensures a higher quality of training and keeps our prices down. Compared to a personal trainer, our rates are a fraction of the cost!
