When I first had my blog, it was pretty crap to be honest with you, but that's because it was brand new and there was hardly anything to read on it. When you do not have content, you get no traffic and when you get no traffic it is pretty much 'blog over'. So I was getting no traffic and my blog had a ranking of 15 million or some crazy number around that mark. Fast forward three months, my blog is now ranked around 500,000 something, it is ranked on the FIRST page of Google and I am getting traffic on a DAILY basis! If you want to know how to write a successful blog then believe me, I know all about that and how did I do it? Because I was committed to making the blog work for me and did what was necessary in order to make that huge difference, which will get even more bigger because to this day, I am still 110% committed. I knew nothing about blogging guys so if I can do it, then so can you.
The next thing you should keep in mind if you want to know how to write a successful blog is the idea of consistency. My blog did not get to where it is today with me updating it whenever I felt like. It did not see a massive difference in ranking and traffic by posting on it once a week, once every two weeks or even worse once a month. Every day I have been writing an article and submitting it to my blog as well as article directories. Even on the days where I did not feel like writing or updating my blog I still wrote something and submitted it and I will continue to do so. Consistency is vital to having a successful blog so if you do not have this, you will not get any results in any way, shape or form.
The third thing you need to know when learning on how to write a successful blog is based around the idea of your content. I mentioned consistency in the point above, but being consistent in pitching your business and your business's pay plan will not get you anywhere. Your content needs to be rich in value and contain information that has the ability to help other people in one way or another. You need to help people by giving them effective solutions, not constantly help yourself by pitching your business. By doing this in every post, you will be buying a first class ticket to the flight of your own failure so avoid this at all costs, that is unless you want to fail?!
