This will tell you how many calories will maintain your current weight at your current levels of activity. Now, just minus 500 calories off this figure, and bingo! - this is the number of calories you should eat each day to lose weight while keeping your body happy and your metabolism efficient.
Unless you plan a 500 calories diet carefully with an expert or medical doctor,then it can become a risk matter to your health. A better way to lose weight quickly is to reduce your current calorie intake by 500 calories per day, and when your body is used to a lower calorie intake, think about a short spell on the 500 calorie diet to boost your weight loss.
