A sounding board does wonders to sufferers because sometimes it is just a matter of releasing those thoughts, putting them into words, and having someone knowledgeable enough to interpret and recommend solutions. This might be costlier than buying medicines but this can be a good outlet of interpersonal well-being without the side effects of prescriptive drugs.
