There are different kinds of home exercises that are beneficial to your health. Before you start doing the following recommended exercises below, you better consult your doctor and gym instructor first to find out if your chosen exercises are appropriate for your health condition. Study the exercises before executing it.

. Always do some stretching before starting to any exercise to prevent you from injury. You stand up straight with both of your hands against a wall and freely move your left leg back so your foot is flat touching the floor. Hold with that position for a few seconds and then do it again with your right leg. You can do another type of stretching by lying on your back, using your both hands to pull your right knee right before your chest taking posture for a few seconds or count at least 8 counts. After this, try this move with your left leg.

. If you are concern of your heart, jumping jack exercise it suited for you. This is also a good warm up exercise for you.

. A good for the heart workout also is doing jogging on your place. You can do this even you're watching your favourite show or even listening to music. You will just have to wear comfortable shoes to complete your workout.

. If you like dancing, you can put this skill into a workout by incorporating the push-ups or sit-ups exercises. Just choose a good music to make your exercise more exciting and enjoyable.

. To strengthen muscle in your legs, you can do the leg lift exercises. If you find it difficult, you may try bending slightly your legs.

. If you have a work at home which requires lots of time sitting, you may press down on your toes in an up down motion. Try this frequently so that your blood circulation on your legs will function normally.

. If you want to improve your legs and buttocks, you may try to do some squatting. You may use a chair to aid you while sitting and standing up during some repetitions.

. Another is the arm exercise to enhance your muscle's tone. You may start by placing your both feet on one band and hold the other ends and stretch it upward with your each hand. Do this alternately for a few minutes.

. If your house has stairs, you can use it for your step workout. Using these steps upward-downward movements, it will strengthen your leg muscles.

Since exercise is beneficial for us, find yourself a workout that don't requires you equipment at all even your at home.
