You bet, it is absolutely addicting, why do game enthusiasts must shoot and slay opponents? Exactly what is the storyline driving it?
The storyline of Black Ops includes past occurrences for example, the Cold War making use of historical figure such as John F. Kennedy. An alternative will be Fidel Castro and Rober McNamara. These places happen in different locations in many countries just like Vietnam, Russia, Cuba, and Laos. In spite of the use of historic events and people, the story is made-up.

In 1968, they had been brought to Vietnam to recover the dossier that has information concerning Dragovich. Mason meets Reznov once again, only to discover that he's a defector. The team is able to sneak into Laos but was ambushed by Viet Cong and Spetznaz members of the military. Only Mason and Reznov got away. Bowman and Woods died as he was killing Kavchenko.
Hudson and Woods then questioned Dr. Daniel Clarke. The doctor was discovered to be a creator of the Nova-6, the ship these guys were attempting to get while they went to Laos. He manages to hand down the hidden facility just before Dragovich along with his other guys assassinated him. Hudson and Woods proceeded to Mount Yamantau and met Steiner. They were told the gatekeeper's challenges to prevent the sleeper agents from obtaining their commands.
When Mason woke up from getting interrogated, it turned out that he was brainwashed by Dragovich and is ready to become a sleeper agent. The people interrogating him were Hudson and Woods. Mason got freed with help from the two that assisted them find the location of Rusalka. They attacked Rusalka by morning and asked the US Navy to eliminate the ship. Dragovich is wiped out in the finale but Mason continues to be far from convinced that they attained victory.
