installing an internal dial-up modem is much more challenging than installing an external dial-up modem. But if you're the kind of person you like to do things neat and likes to look inside their computers case then this is an operation for you. First off you're going to of course pop open your computer's case, now to find to find your existing modem card you going to look towards the back of the computer, and look where you plug in your phone cable, the bottom of your modem card will be resting inside the slot, now you're going to replace the old card, when you put in the new card you going to line it up with all the notches, when putting the card in the slot make sure you don't force it, now all you have to do is put the case back on.
