Citta di Mare : Metropolis by the Sea
I. The Challenge
Citta di Mare is a master-deliberate neighborhood spanning roughly 50 hectares on the newly reclaimed South Highway Properties of the Cebu Metropolis Government.
Citta Di Mare, or "the City by the Sea", captures the charms of resort residing with its majestic views of Mactan's coast and Cebu's mountains. The development, bisected into 2 sections by the Cebu Coastal Street, will redefine waterfront and seaside resort dwelling within the Visayas.

Il Corso
Il Corso, the 106,148sqm section immediately fronting the ocean will be developed right into a waterfront way of life strip that will offer a variety of seaside leisure activities.
The 390,484sqm part on the alternative facet of the Coastal Street will be developed into a residential resort town composed of themed residential communities anchored by the Piazza, an Italian-impressed frequent amenity area.
The development on the realm is a joint venture development project between Filinvest Land, Inc. and the Cebu City Government.
Amalfi Oasis, the primary residential cluster to be developed at Citta di Mare, is impressed by the Italian coastal cities along the Costiera Amalfitana (Amalfi Coast), which is renowned for its scenic magnificence, picturesque cities and diversity.

II. Location
South Highway Properties (SRP), Cebu Metropolis The South Roads Properties (SRP) is a 300-hectare prime property growth mission on reclaimed land positioned a few meters off the price Cebu's central enterprise district. It is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) as a Particular Economic Zone. Its mission cost of over 12Bn Yen was funded by the Japan Bank for International Coopreation (JBIC). Counterpart funding was supplied by the City of Cebu which owns the project.
Abutting the SRP is the Cebu Coastal Road, a 12-kilometer, four-lane highway that costs 18Bn Yen and was additionally funded by the JBIC.

Reclamation and all other civil works were executed by Japanese contractors in conformity with internationally accepted engineering standards.
To optimize the use and cost of water, a twin piping system will likely be installed, a separate pipe for potable water and another one for grey water.
Fiber Optic cables for all telecommunications and broadband requirements shall be available.
Security will be enormously enhanced since the mission is virtually an island and all approaches could have checkpoints.
