5 Three Step Self Defense Techniques

Attacker attacks with three consecutive lunge punches for all five of these techniques.
Kiai on last move of each of the five techniques.

Defense 1. Step back with right leg into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your left hand; step back on 2nd punch into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your right hand; shift to front stance and punch to solar plexus; come to cup and saucer on right side then quickly execute a left handed knife hand block to attackers right arm and a reverse punch to attackers jaw at the same time.

Defense 2. Step back with right leg into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your left hand; step back on 2nd punch into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your right hand; shift to front stance and punch to solar plexus; come to cup and saucer on right side then quickly execute a left handed knife hand block to attackers right arm and a knife hand blow to the side of the attackers throat at the same time.

Defense 3. Step back with right leg into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your left hand; step back on 2nd punch into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your right hand; shift to front stance and punch to solar plexus; come to cup and saucer on right side then quickly execute a left handed knife hand block to attackers right arm and do an eye gouge to attacker at the same time.

Defense 4. Start same as previous three except this time block all three punches with knife hand blocks in back stance. Grab attackers wrist then step thru to right side of attacker with your back (right) leg; sweep attackers right (front) leg while palming their left front chest; keep attackers arm over your knee and follow up with a reverse punch to the ribs and then face.

Defense 5. Step back with right leg into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your left hand; step back on 2nd punch into a back stance and execute a knife hand block with your right hand; jump back into a front stance on third attack, left arm extended palm facing attackers fist, right arm at side of belt ready to punch; execute a front kick to the solar plexus followed by a reverse punch to the chin.
