In today's article I will share a sample welcome email with you that is very simple, but still does a great job of getting your new readers focused and ready to be on your team. Many of us have lists regardless of how big or small they are, we have them nonetheless. Of course the more loyal readers you have and the stronger your relationship is with them, the higher your chances will be of making sales and building your business in comparison to somebody who is new or is still working on building their list. Despite all of that, the welcome email that you send them is the most important and you can find out why and as well as see my sample welcome
email if you continue reading.

A sample welcome email that is bold and strong

Before I break everything down for you I will show you a sample welcome email below that will get the wheels turning and set everything in motion for you. So when somebody opts in to your list you could and should use the following format because as the title of this article says, it will start the process of readership loyalty and get your readers in a state where they will be pumped up and ready for whatever you have to hit them with.

You can view a sample welcome email
below:

Hi Jimmy

Thank you for taking the time out to read my information and join my email list. I just want to let you know that I appreciate you and look forward to doing big things with you.

As promised I will now begin to send you your free videos on how to get super hot and targeted leads in order to help your business grow. If you wish, you can click here (insert anchor text) to learn more on lead generation and why it is so important for us marketers.

Also please do connect with me on Facebook or Twitter (insert links) as it will be a lot easier to stay in touch and share valuable information.

Thank you again Jimmy for trusting me and I look forward to working with you.

Kind regards
Sonny

That sample welcome email contains everything that a welcome email needs. It is very simple, straight to the point and shows that you appreciate the other person. In return, this will create a good first impression and will make them feel like they are valued and are now a part of something. There are some key elements that you should add into your welcome emails which I have added in the sample above. For example the first thing I did was thank Jimmy for entering his details and joining my list. Thanking people for joining is something that I strongly encourage because not only does it make you seem like a good person, but it shows that you have manners and are well spoken.

The second thing that sample welcome email contains is that I direct Jimmy to a different location if he wants to learn more about how to get leads and why they are important. This location could be a post on your blog, an article, a video it really doesn't matter. Pointing them (the new readers) to other information written by you that is valuable and helpful, will be the first step in building a strong relationship and the foundations for them knowing, liking, and trusting you.

The final thing that is in that sample welcome email and probably one of the most important things, is that I tell Jimmy how he can connect with me and why. We all know the importance of social media and how it has blown up lately, so by showing and telling your reader possible ways of how to connect with you, it shows that you are easily reachable and are willing to help them succeed. The chances are that your reader will click on one of the links and either send you a friend request or follow your tweets it really does not matter. The main thing is that you give them a chance and show them a way of how to connect with you outside the email inbox.

They are just a few things you should keep in mind when it comes to your welcome emails. I know that sample welcome email isn't perfect, and may be you can think of more things that can be added to it and please, I encourage you to leave a comment and share your thoughts regarding this topic and that specific I have shared with you today. Emails and email lists are such a big thing for us marketers so we need to make sure we know what we are doing and why. The first email is one of the most important ones and that is why I have only mentioned that today. I hope you found today's content useful in some way and if you wish, please do take that sample welcome email and edit it in a way that suits you. :-)
