Here's what I believe.I have a distinct feeling some of you may like my answer, while some of you may hate it. Bottom line: this is one of the most fundamental facts about succeeding online that I've discovered - so much so that I believe every marketer must embrace it at some point.

Let's keep this short.
It's the one you are consistent with and that brings you consistent results.
I can almost hear the people that didn't like that answer clicking the "back" button on their browser, but there you have it.
Here's what I've learned about internet marketing. It's almost like dieting. Every few months, there's a new best strategy or killer marketing technique.
Now, not all new strategies are bad - in fact it's a good idea to keep your eyes open and adapt to changes in the industry - but don't spend all your time chasing the newest tricks. Focus your efforts and get some results before moving on to master something new.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
Your body would be completely confused and you wouldn't really be making any long term changes. You may lose a pound or two here or there, but you wouldn't be able to keep bouncing around like this from diet to diet.
Wouldn't it make more sense to implement some real long term changes in your life? These would be things you could do consistently and build some real results with.
The exact same process unfolds with people searching for the best internet marketing strategy. It really doesn't make sense to hop from something like pay per click to article marketing, then on to cold calling purchased leads, then switching over to article marketing again, only to then turn around and decide you'd rather focus on posting videos. Jumping around like that doesn't give any of those methods an opportunity to really work. Marketing has to grow, so don't short change yourself.
You may see a little bit in the way of results, but you will see huge results if you take consistent, massive action. In the end, there really isn't any one perfect technique out there. It all depends on who you are and how you work.
Just like we all have different dietary needs and desires, we all have varying comfort levels and passions for different marketing strategies.
The real strategy here is to find marketing method that you are comfortable with and get really good at it. Implement it into your business on a consistent basis and you will see consistent results.
Depending on the strategy, it may take some time, but don't give up. Unfortunately, most people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
