The internet is an amazing place to make money, which is why mastering the art of internet marketing is so critical. That being said, many different marketers swear by many different techniques - making it challenging to find the "best" one.
Here's what I believe.Odds are that some people will love this answer, while others hate it. All I can say is that I believe it to be 100% true and critical for you to understand.

I am going to keep this simple.
The best marketing method is whatever you can do consistently and see results from.
There. See? Not everyone is going to like hearing that, but there it is.
Trying to find the greatest internet marketing strategy is like trying to keep up with technology. There's always something newer and better just around the corner.
I'm not denying that there are some great strategies out there, but if you never commit to one and do it consistently, none of them will ever work.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
How long do you think your body could keep that up? How effective do you really think it would be to keep jumping around between strategies that could very well be conflicting with one another? Not very.
Instead of jumping from option to option, barely making any real progress, you'd need to choose some fundamental changes in your life and stick with them until they started bringing results. Every time you move on to something new you are effectively starting from scratch.
Internet marketing is the exact same way. You can't decide this week you like PPC, and then when you don't get the results you desire, jump into article marketing. Then, you decide that isn't working and you jump into social media marketing.
Consistent, massive action is the ONLY way to get the most out of ANY strategy. In the end, there really isn't any one perfect marketing strategy out there. It all depends on who you are and how you work.
We all have different needs when it comes to things like diet and exercise, because we are all unique. The same goes for marketing: unique people require unique strategies.
The real strategy here is to find marketing method that you are comfortable with and get really good at it. Implement that strategy into your business consistently and the result will pour in.
Depending on the internet marketing strategy you choose, it may take some time, but don't give up. Sadly, so many people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
