Unibind binding machines are some of the easiest binding machines to use. Plus, they offer one of the most sophisticated binding styles available, thanks to Unibind binding spines. But did you know there are actually several different types of binding supplies you can use with your Unibind system? This article will take a look at what supplies you can use with your Unibind machine. Let s take a look.

First, Unibind Steelbook covers look incredibly professional because they allow you to create your own hardcover bound documents and books. These covers are easy to use as well because they re one piece (no punching required!) and all you need to do is drop your pages into the spine and then stick the book into your Unibind machine. The unit will melt the adhesive in the spine, binding your pages to the spine s steel backing. You can get Steelbook covers that have a window in the front cover (these are good for reports) or you can foil stamp the covers for a custom look. These spines have a maximum width of 36 millimeters and they can bind up to 340 pages. Steelbooks are available in two sizes: 8.5 x 11 and 5.5 x 8.5 . Or for a different look you can use new Unibind Photobooks. They make it easy for you to create your own photo books and ladscape bound documents.

A close cousin to the Steelbook is the Steelback spine. Steelback spines are some of the most unique binding supplies you can buy. When you use these spines, you get to design your own covers because no covers are included with the spines. This is great because it means you can use your own custom printed covers on both the front and the back of your document.

If you need to bind reports, Unibind SteelCrystal covers are great. These covers have a clear front and back (made from PVC) attached to a steel unibind spine. The spines are available in seven colors, so there s bound to be the perfect SteelCrystal for the document you re binding. And if you like the look of Steel Crystal spines, but would prefer a matte finish, you should check out Unibind SteelMat spines. These spines are very similar to the SteelCrystal supplies, except the front cover is frosted. These covers are also one piece, so they re easy to use.

Sometimes you don t need to bind documents, but you do need a place to store them. Well, you re in luck, because Unibind manufactures their very own line of portfolios and binders. Unibind portfolios are available in both legal and letter size, and each portfolio has a front flap that s secured by Velcro so your documents won t fall out. Meanwhile, Unibind DuoBinders are similar to the portfolios in that they re both shaped like boxes, but the DuoBinders have a three ring mechanism so you can store loose papers. Both of these products are great for storing booklets, reports, samples, artwork, catalogs, and more. Unibind even makes accessories such as business card pockets that you can paste into your portfolio or DuoBinder so you always have everything you need in one place.

It s obvious that Unibind is a company that offers wonderful binding machines and supplies. It s just icing on the cake that they also offer some great storage solutions for the items you bind with Unibind machines. If you need a great binding method and some good storage options give Unibind a look.
