There is a lotof money to be made online and learning internet marketing is quite a valuable skill. That being said, many different marketers swear by many different methods - making it challenging to find the "best" one.
This is what I usually say when asked what the best marketing technique is.This is one of those answers that people either love or hate. All I can say is that I believe it to be 100% true and important for you to understand.
What Is The Best Internet Marketing Strategy?
Let's keep this short.
Whatever method you can be consistent with and see an ongoing benefit from is the best one for your business.
I can almost hear the people that didn't like that answer clicking the "back" button on their browser, but there you have it.
Trying to find the greatest internet marketing strategy is like trying to keep up with technology. There's always something newer and faster just around the corner.
I'm not denying that there are some great strategies out there, but if you never commit to one and do it consistently, none of them will ever work.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
Your body would be completely confused and you wouldn't really be making any long term changes. You may lose a pound or two here or there, but you wouldn't be able to keep bouncing around like this from diet to diet.
What you would need to do would be to implement day to day lifestyle changes. Things that you could do consistently, long term in order to see any real substantial results.
It's the same thing with internet marketing. You need to lay a foundation for whatever marketing you are going to do. You can't spend a week posting videos on YouTube, then get bored and throw five hundred dollars into a pay per click campaign only to give up and decide article marketing is a better way to go - all in the course of a month - and expect to get any actual results from any of them.
Starting a new method might generate some results in the beginning, and if so, GREAT! Stick with it and be consistent. Don't throw up your hands if thing don't skyrocket right away. This is why there is no magic strategy out there that works for everyone.
We all have different needs when it comes to things like diet and exercise, because we are all unique. The same goes for marketing: unique people require unique strategies.
Here's the bottom line: find a strategy that works for you and get good at it. Your marketing results will only be as consistent as your efforts.
Depending on the strategy, it may take some time, but don't give up. Sadly, so many people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
