The best marketing technique is whatever you can do consistently and see results from.
Like I said, not the answer some folks were looking for, but you can't win them all I guess.
Internet marketing strategies are like cell phones: you find one you love, and then something new comes out a week later.
Now, that doesn't mean I don't think there are some extraordinary options out there, but you can't jump around. You have to work at something long enough to get and the grow some real results, or you'll just keep spinning your wheels.
Constantly jumping from one strategy to another is an awful lot like constantly trying new weight loss methods. Don't eat one thing for a week, then focus on getting a whole lot of something else the week after that, and on and on it goes.
Your body would be utterly confused and you wouldn't really be making any long term changes. You may lose a pound or two here or there, but you wouldn't be able to keep bouncing around like this from diet to diet.
What you would need to do would be to implement day to day lifestyle changes. Things that you could do consistently, long term in order to see any real significant results.
Internet marketing is no different. It really doesn't make sense to hop from something like pay per click to article marketing, then on to cold calling purchased leads, then switching over to article marketing again, only to then turn around and decide you'd rather focus on posting videos. Jumping around like that doesn't give any of those methods an opportunity to really work. Marketing has to grow, so don't short change yourself.
You may see a little bit in the way of results, but you will see huge results if you take consistent, massive action. In the end, there really isn't any one perfect marketing strategy out there. It all depends on who you are and how you work.
Just as we all have differing dietary needs, we also all have different comfort levels in marketing.
The real strategy here is to find marketing technique that you are comfortable with and get really good at it. Implement that strategy into your business consistently and the result will pour in.
Depending on the strategy, it may take some time, but don't give up. Sadly, so many people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
