Once you have a solid understanding of what attraction marketing is, the next step is to put it all into action for yourself. To get started, determine if you will do the writing work yourself or if you will hire someone else to do so. For efficiency, and time savings for you, it may be best to hire an inexpensive writer. You can also hire someone to manage the social bookmarking for you. From here, consider the following steps to making the most out of attraction marketing.
Set Up A Blog
Use Wordpress or another blog platform to set up an effective blog. Start posting. It will take some time for the blog to rank in Google and other search engines, but during that time post consistently, once a day being the best, or four to six times a week if possible. Use keywords that are relevant to your topic. Ensure each blog post speaks to another topic informatively without any sales jargon in it.
Socially Bookmark Your Blog Posts
Whenever you post a new blog post, consider doing the following:
• Submit the post to http://Digg.com and http://StumbleUpon.com for social bookmarking. Watch for new sites like these that pop up.
• Send out a Tweet on your Twitter account about what you are wrote about and include a link to the blog post.
• Send out a message on Facebook about your new blog post inviting others to check it out. Offer a tantalizing tip on why your post is important.
Squidoo
Develop a Squidoo lens on a topic related to the product or service you are selling. This may be a product that simply relates indirectly to yours, but that readers will be interested in. Bookmark your Squidoo lens and be sure to link it back to your blog.
Submit Articles
Article marketing is also an important part of the process of attraction marketing. One or more times per week, submit a well written article to one of the article directories on a topic that relates to the product or service you are selling. Be sure to write a catchy resource box that will instruct your readers on how to tack action (including visiting your website with the link you provided.) You can also invite readers to your blog, if it is not the same as your website.
Create a Video
Be sure to create a how to video or a demonstration video that is related to the topic. This video can be located directly on your blog, but if you want more traffic coming to the blog, a better option is to post the video on http://YouTube.com, or a similar resource. Then, post links to the video on your blog, your Twitter page and other social networks. You should also link your video back to your website or blog so that interested individuals can find it.
Keep the process going. The more successful attraction marketers are those that find consistency in the posting of new blogs, videos, articles and Squidoo pages. Once you get into the hang of it, it will not be difficult to do.
