Now blast upward with strong force and focus on the knees.An alternative to using a barbell on your back, use a set of dumb bells instead.
Bench Press
You've made it to the top of the of resistance training.It's hard to believe, but some people can bench close to 1000 pounds.Get a bench, and lay down on it flat, on your back that is. Now grab the bar with your hands, roughly shouder width apart. Elevate the bar off the frame, and slowly lower the weight to just above your belly button. Avoid slaming the bar down on your chest or stomach. Push hard, and raise it back to the starting position.
Never try heavy weight without the use of a spotter. Keep the bench press in your routine, and you'll be greatful you did.
