The to the North Section of AZ
The northern part of Arizona is well known throughout the world. That is not so stunning as the Grand Canyon is located there. As many folks know, it is amongst the natural wonders of the world.
Apart from the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff is now a famous winter location. For lots of men and women, skiing in Flagstaff is quite a bit less expensive than heading to Colorado or Vermont. Folks that do not know much about AZ will be surprised that it truly has a lot to offer no matter the season.
Inside the Center of Arizona
At the very heart of AZ, an individual will find Metropolitan Phoenix which is actually the capital of this huge state. Other than Phoenix, Metropolitan Phoenix is composed of other cities as well.
Metropolitan Phoenix is split further into 2 major areas - West Valley and East Valley. Plenty of different cities are in these locations. Both are quite special as there are areas for lots of outdoor activities to have fun with in these locations.
To the South of the Capital Are a Few Regions
Directly south of Phoenix, a person will find Casa Grande. Anyone who desires to know more about the Indians established in the State of Arizona will want to check out Casa Grande.
At the southernmost part of AZ, a person can find Tucson. Tucson is perfect for individuals that want the big city experience, but do not actually like the congestion that is evident in Metro Phoenix. There are plenty of tourist tourist attractions to see within Tucson because there are cultural centers, museums, and art galleries within the city.
East of Tucson, a person can find Cochise which will be the ultimate vacation spot for anybody who is intrigued by Old Western Culture. Within this region, Bisbee offers copper mine tours to let anybody have a glimpse of old mining practices. Tombstone is known for having live gunfights.
West of Tucson, a person can find Yuma. Historically, Yuma was the gateway to California. Gold seekers who dreamed of making it rich in California passed through Yuma Crossing. That location is now a national heritage site which includes Yuma Quartermaster Depot, Fort Yuma, and Yuma Territorial Prison.
To completely travel all the locations, an individual may choose to consider traveling in a recreational vehicle. By doing so, one can stop at AZ RV parks on the way prior to moving on to another location.
